1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Doodle Doxie Puppies website, submitting inquiries, or entering into any agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Inquiry & Placement
Submitting a puppy inquiry does not guarantee puppy placement. We carefully evaluate each inquiry to ensure a good match between our puppies and their new families. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or placement at our sole discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are current at the time of posting but may change before a written agreement is signed. The current puppy price is $750. Final pricing will be confirmed in your signed placement agreement.
4. Deposits
A $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy. The deposit structure is as follows:
- $100 of the deposit is refundable if the buyer changes their mind before the puppy is ready for pickup or delivery
- $400 of the deposit is non-refundable and covers reservation, care, and administrative costs
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Apple Pay
- Zelle
- CashApp
- Wire Transfer
- E-transfer (Canada)
- Chime
Full payment of the remaining balance is due before your puppy's scheduled pickup or delivery date.
6. Shipping & Delivery
The buyer is responsible for all transport costs associated with puppy delivery. We offer multiple delivery options to accommodate families across the country. Detailed shipping options and pricing are available on our shipping page.
7. Health Guarantee
Every puppy from Doodle Doxie Puppies comes with a comprehensive health guarantee. The full terms and conditions of our health guarantee are outlined on our health guarantee page. By purchasing a puppy, you agree to the terms of the health guarantee as stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Doodle Doxie Puppies website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Doodle Doxie Puppies and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Doodle Doxie Puppies provides information on this website in good faith and for general informational purposes. We make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doodle Doxie Puppies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
